This is my 3rd purchase from the store. Like the previous ones, it went perfectly. First, a very quick and efficient phone call to confirm the product. Then the shipment, fast and well packed. I'm delighted and I'll say so. Clearly a company that cares about its customers. It's not always the case, so you have to complain about the boxes that sell (I can think of a few names...) and congratulate those that back up their sales with real service.

Not a big fan of Cubyn's new logistics service, given that the order was placed on a Tuesday evening and received the following Monday. Some other stores like Alltricks (in the bike world) use a much faster service at the same price, with delivery guaranteed within 24 hours. This type of service would be a big plus for you.
