Be careful with the "magic vitality potion" of Spiral Flow. You have to go easy at the beginning. One teaspoon in a glass of apple juice (preferably organic) is enough, otherwise gurgling and ultra fast intestinal transit guaranteed! ^^ It is necessary to accustom the body gradually.
