Order shoes. No luck plus my size. Benjamin kindly offers me an upgrade. Order confirmed at 4pm. Delivery to the other end of France at 8am the next day! Shoes a little too small but no problem, Benjamin is connected to customer service and in less than 30 minutes the solution is found. Super service, super product quality, frankly nothing to say the site is well worth the 5 stars!
