I had ordered from you and I was disappointed to see that my purchase had been taken into account but not the sending of this article and that I had to intervene by writing to you so that you could send it to me. You gave me an excuse, but I have to question the sincerity of the situation, because I contacted you on a Friday and on Monday the item was on its way. If not, thank you for "your reactivity" due to the complaint. What would be preferable is for you to keep me informed of the progress of the product, and not just a notification "in progress" on the merchant site. In the case of a stock limitation or other anomaly that will delay receipt of the product.

I've been buying my professional clothes from beauty street since I started working as an esthetician, and I've always been delighted with the quality and longevity of the outfits I've bought. In fact, I've been wearing them for 7 years, and they're very comfortable, don't need ironing and fit well. The only minor problem with my latest jacket is that the buttons on the satin clasps don't hold; I'm going to have to sew them back on, as they easily fall off, but otherwise the outfit is very nice and of good quality.
