The product arrived in perfect shape, can't wait to install it. I wish customs would have done a better job resealing the box after cutting it open, that one piece of tape left the box partially open which could have resulted in receiving an empty box! I know that's not Certano's fault, just figured I'd put it out there though.

I ordered a roller bridge to go along with the benders I had purchased earlier. David shipped the next day and I received it a couple days later via DHL.
