It was truly a pleasurable experience in the purchase of my Certano unit. It also included several emails back and forth, directly with David Certano, a welcome customer service treat. I received the package 3 days after DHL Express' estimated delivery date, but that had nothing to do with David. I now am waiting on the arrival of a TELE on order, and due here tomorrow or Fri, and then get a Luthier to install it. Also waiting on an Estimate to do that from one local Luthier. Thanks so much, David.

Amazing service (delivered to the US days after ordering); extremely high-quality; easy-ish installation (with YouTube help) for someone not very handy like myself. But mostly - a brilliantly designed transformative tool for your guitar. I hesitated about buying something that was sort of fringe and possibly gimmicky - but it is a whole new world of playing and has fully scratched my lifelong itch of wanting to play pedal steel. 2 weeks after installing, I'm a new and better guitar player. I put the bender on my least-used, least-expensive guitar as a sort of test run but I may add one to my favorite tele. If you're sort of eyeing this product, bite the bullet, you will not regret it.
