A solid product that is well-built and well-designed. There must be a better way to line up the bender to the bridge to the ashtray. It certainly feels like you're voiding all warranties when you're grinding the ashtray (if required) to accommodate a channel for the strings to reach the bender and when you're trying to line everything up to predrill the two mounting screws. This isn't a criticism of the bender, but it was my experience. Once installed, it works beautifully and is very easy to adjust. I'm very pleased overall. The Certano is far more attractive, IMHO, than other bender designs. While I see the appeal of a hip or a strap bender in terms of the wiggle-while-you-play expression, the palm bender means you can comfortably play sitting down and without a strap. It also allows for playing on your lap if that's where you wanna go with it. After a few weeks of playing, I am still smiling and loving it. I'd encourage anyone to try one out if you're looking for something new.
