I live in London and chose this company because I really liked the selection of bowls. The site is very well maintained with very complete descriptions, good quality sound and video recordings and a serious chat support which helped me in my careful choice. As I was ordering from London, at a time when the UK post office was on strike, there was some confusion and delay in the clearance, but Pascal did a very good job. The bowl is finally at its destination. It is of very good quality as well as the bag. I have to order a second bowl to complete my set and I will do it with peace of mind.
