Hello, you ordered to be delivered in Spain, the 24h delivery is not applicable. The order left on Thursday 19/09 (day of your order) and arrived on Tuesday 24/09 (according to Chronopost tracking). Delivery days are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday). So the parcel took 3 days to be delivered, as stipulated for all Chronopost exports in Europe (approximately 2 to 3 days). This time is stipulated in the order, as well as in the international delivery policy. We have checked the stocks and the parts are all in good condition. Concerning the coli, we asked you for a photo of the box in order to support our request to Chronopost, however we have not received anything. Without all these elements, we cannot make a request to Chronopost.

The answer to this comment is not real. The cooler was spotless with no scratches or cracks or anything.
