Products that I already knew. Since more than a week the plants are doing great, and I have less algae. Well, I also have on three tanks the equivalent of 5000€ of equipment. I am loyal for sure. The shipping was very speedy. But the communication is poor. You get on messages whether by mail, Facebook etc. you get no response. I have the problem that from the 10 day the nutrients have gone massively high. Here I wanted to know if it is possibly the product. But there is no answer and no help. To the product itself I can otherwise neither positive nor negaitv report. The nutrients I can not say exactly whether it comes from that. Therefore, only one star and at the price you can definitely expect some support. I would rather rely on Polyp Lab in the future.

Very good product for the cyanobacteria kit, as well as for the starter kit. But the daphnia and microphauna culture kit did not work, all the daphnia died in less than a week.
