I scrupulously followed the anti-cyano protocol with daphbio, which is 100% effective, but it didn't work. Water with nitrate 2, no phosphate, no sand, no sediment, I can't get rid of it. Despite this, I continue to use their bacteria for up to 1 month, as specified in the instructions.

Hello My delivery so the resettlement kit smelled as if it was spoiled. I suspect that the product has not survived the hot temperatures.
