Ordered masks and received them more than 3 weeks after ordering. No reply to my message of concern about the delay. Mask has a lace-type fastener and is not elastic... It is not ergonomic at nose level. Disappointed with my purchase.

Hello, we got together to place a large order for the first masks made by Ergotech. We're very disappointed because they're too small and the elastics easily slip out of the ears. We won't be able to use them. Good quality material. Easy to wash and quick drying. In the order we had 3 of the new model which is perfect outside summer.

As we explained, it's impossible for elastic bands to fit everyone, which is why we now only offer the bias model (to be tied behind the head).
We have a production capacity of 20,000 masks a day, and we now have stock.

Nice site, but a pity, the masks seem to be of good quality, out of 20 reusable masks received 5 may be usable, the elastics are too short and pull on the ears. Disappointed 🙁

Our carrier Géodis has also had to cope with very high demand, which has had an impact on deliveries, but it is doing everything it can to remedy the situation.

Concerning the thickness of the mask, it has been designed for optimum efficiency and absorbs 97.5% of particles after 50 washes (compared to the 99% absorption rate of surgical masks). It's true that some of our customers find it too thick, but this is rare, as the protection provided is the priority.
Indeed, following feedback on elastic bands, we have decided to stop offering them, as they cannot automatically be adapted for everyone.
