Alas, last year we were delighted, but this year everything went wrong. It can happen, but ... this time it was rude: I was delivered a file that didn't correspond to the proof, and after a complaint I was told that they were basing themselves on what was written on the invoice (look for the mistake, it seems to me that the proof is authentic). To compensate, I'm offered a 50% refund, which is better than nothing, even if it's still 50% too much for products that are already in my garbage can, or awaiting mystery delivery! It's a shame, even though the prices are excellent and some people (Monique) go out of their way to offer a personalized service.

Before placing an order, I was assured that it would arrive in time for the event. As it turns out, they arrived 4 days after the event. Not only that, but the bracelets were not what I ordered. I paid for an express delivery service (calling ahead and making sure it was so I was paying almost double for the order) and it arrived when I no longer needed it 5 days after the agreed day. They have not solved anything (I ask for compensation for the difference of the extra cost).
