You not only delivered a beautiful spray of red roses to the gravesite of Edith Piaf on the 60th anniversary of her passing, but I am so appreciative that whoever delivered the roses took a photo for me, that was emailed to me. My bouquet didn't arrive for the funeral and, when I made a complaint, I was sent a photo with the bouquet... We don't know where it is (and the address wasn't difficult to identify: Père Lachaise crematorium). I had also left a telephone number in case of problems, but it wasn't used, so I'm very unhappy with this transaction.

I paid over 200€ for a special bouquet to put on my cousin's coffin. I chose the bigger size, so there would be more flowers...this wasn't the case. I also expected a card with my message on it, instead there was a tiny piece of white paper stapled to them. Not the kind if details that go unnoticed and very disappointing!
