Unfortunately my box came completely damaged. We were lucky the bottles were not shattered. The service was fast. That was the good part, but it was meant to be a present and we could not deliver with the box under those conditions. We still love your wine and we will order more, for sure, but wanted to pass the feedback, as I am aware that shipping its a third party and not your company. I will reply to the email with pictures of the box. Thanks

Since you're asking my opinion: I had ordered 6 bottles of Domaine de l'Aigle Pinot Noir 2021. I was delivered a 2022! after I asked for it, I was told that I had been "sent the wrong vintage by mistake due to a change of vintage that was not communicated and we no longer have a 2021 vintage". I find it hard to believe that this was a mistake (the correct vintage was indicated on the order confirmation). Rather than presenting me with a fait accompli, the least they could have done would have been to warn me beforehand and to ask me to confirm my order! I should point out that the seller suggested that I return the bottles and get my money back, but what a complication! I preferred to keep the bottles.
