Hello Following an order for six bottles of Hospitalas, I did receive the six bottles, but in a cardboard box when they were supposed to be in their wooden box. Unfortunately my box came completely damaged. We were lucky the bottles were not shattered. The service was fast. That was the good part, but it was meant to be a present and we could not deliver with the box under those conditions. We still love your wine and we will order more, for sure, but wanted to pass the feedback, as I am aware that shipping its a third party and not your company. I will reply to the email with pictures of the box. Thanks
