I am not satisfied on several points:. 1. delivery time: order placed on December 7th I received the article on Wednesday December 20th 2. I had taken the "wrapped gift" option for 2.50€ but I did not receive the wrapped gift. 3. After-sales service: the answers given were unsatisfactory and did not provide a precise answer.
