I had a problem with the delivery when I ordered. I phoned Homéose who solved the problem. Then all is in conformity except but not of the responsibility of Homéose it is Colissimo. I was delivered in another post office. My request to Colissimo did not get an answer. The post office was limited on the answer (Coliissimo is not the post office so I can't do anything, not even report the incident) on the tone 'when I insisted I was told ""that's enough"" while on my side I remained courteous) and I was offered to call a platform that does not deal with discontentment either but makes you wait. So it's sad but our French services do everything to make us go to the competition

The online shopping and home delivery provided by Homéose are excellent. The delivery is of an exemplary speed, the site is pleasant, the number of proposed articles is incredible and there is a great diversity of choice. Certainly the price is not within the reach of all, nevertheless I can assure you that the quality of the products is worth the cost. The quality/price ratio is true and reliable. The material is comfortable and the clothes are pleasant to wear. The order is so well taken care of that it's ecstatic when you receive it. I'm just sad that the Homéose boutique is not located near my home. I would have gone there in person to do my shopping. This was my first order at Homéose but certainly not my last!
