Just after receiving your email for an evaluation of the products ordered, I replied with too much haste and somewhat irritated that I was dissatisfied because I still had not received my package. Once my exasperation subsided, I tried to understand the reasons for this delay. I made a complaint to the postal services who wanted me to believe that a notice had been left, and finally admitted that the letter carrier had not been able to enter the building. Two proven lies since the digicode and videophone of the building were being installed that day, the old plates out of order (until today before they are all reinstalled), the installer on the premises, doors open from 8:30 am to 5 pm, as well as myself randomly between my apartment and the entrance of the building. No one could have claimed the contrary except the Post Office! On Monday morning around 8am, the Paris Sentier post office (which I do not depend on) phoned me to answer my complaint and to assure me that my parcel would be delivered within two hours to my usual post office. At about 11am, the letter carrier came and put a notice in my mailbox dated December 9th. I was finally able to pick up my package and can now go back on this evaluation to say that I am completely satisfied with HOMÉOSE and that I would have been from the start if the postal services responsible had not unnecessarily complicated this delivery in denial and fabrication. May your entire team accept my apologies, especially since the boxers are perfect and very fitting!
