A disaster... in spite of a call 3 minutes after my order to cancel... I have on the phone a saleswoman in store who does not have the time nor the tools to cancel my order. I'm told that the request will be forwarded and taken into account. After a while, I see that my order is being prepared. I call back and they tell me on the phone again that I'm just a saleswoman and can't touch anything on the site... and that the message has been passed on... To whom I don't know, but he doesn't do what's necessary, because in the end the order is probably shipped from a platform... I had to wait for my order to arrive, only to have to send it back for a refund... In short, a lot of transport, packaging, time and energy etc. wasted for nothing...

Disappointed by the condition of the bag, which didn't look new. My husband went to Paris, we were supposed to have a commercial gesture. Several weeks later, we're still waiting. We'd already been disappointed by the welcome the first time we'd been to the store in Paris.

We pack them as well as possible, notably in an individual protective bag surrounded by padding and cardboard, but during transport the parcels can be roughed up causing knocks or rubbing. Both suede calfskin and grained suede leather may mark a little, but a brush stroke will remove these irregularities.
