Flawless shipping, clearly visible shipping labels, not only recipient's address and trackable, but also the position in which the order should have traveled to avoid it being laid on its side or upside down. One tidbit: the box, which arrived perfect, was super secured and protected by some sort of mini-pallet to fit the packaging.......the order matched what was described on the website. Perfect delivery and quite fast (about 6 business days)

Goods( a 7 step prof ladder) received in excellent condition. Well packed and I was satisfied with the product. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the courier. BRT. Not so much the shipping done by the shipper , but the non-delivery for several days, despite my and the shipper's reminders. Arrived very late, sat idle at headquarters for so many days. The problem is local, for a next time I request not to use BRT. ( here in Imola it does not work at all, since a long time).

Good product with no frills, for those who don't like to deal with apps and computers. I love manual systems and with a little patience, you clean and drain the dirty water, repeating the operation as much as needed. I have a terrible floor: rough matte white porcelain tile, better than the machine does it is hard to do. Great that the machine is quiet, you can use it anytime. One flaw? keeping it upright when going to rinse the base: the handle tends to fall off. Another is the lack of wheels to take it from one room to another.

Shipping was fast by the seller, unfortunately the courier was not. One can understand given the period right after Ferragosto. What I don't understand is that although I went down promptly, I was only in time to see the courier flee and the goods in the hall. How can one possibly reserve the package received if there is not even a chance to examine the package with the courier??! In fact, some imperfections were there and I had to fix them. The 'packing had been done with a lot of material but not professionally, relying more on quantity than quality. All in all good but not great.
