A product is missing when it was noted on the delivery note
Deadline not met (2 weeks for delivery) and promise of commercial gesture in compensation not kept
I haven't received my detailing lamp kit, and I still don't know whether it's being sent tomorrow or not. I'll have to call myself to find out what's going on!
No response to messages, you have to call on the phone. I waited a month due to a problem with one of their suppliers. I have just received the parcel, the person in charge added a few gifts to compensate for the delay and the change in price of the main product in my order. Unfortunately the delivery was incomplete, two products were missing, I phoned to report this, I have no response for the moment...
A week after ordering, my order still hadn't been shipped... After 2 overtaxed phone calls, I was told I'd forgotten. Avoid contacting them by e-mail, they never reply....
Unpleasant surprise on arrival: as the box was too small, the 2 aeorosols exceeded its original width, resulting in the 2 lids being smashed. I could still use them, but I'd have to be careful when transporting them in the car or in a suitcase! As for the rest, good price and good delivery time. Watch out for the packaging!

Comunicazione inesistente. Hanno mandato l'avviso di spedizione della merce ma non hanno indicato il numero di tracking. Ho chiesto lo stesso ma non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta. L'apposita funzione del loro sito (tracciamento dell'ordine come ospite) non funziona su ben due browser da pc e nemmeno da smartphone. Ordine effettuato 11 maggio consegnato in data 28 maggio, considerato che è partito da Como il 13 e che la spedizione è costata ben 10 euro mi esprimo negativamente anche su questo aspetto. In sostanza, dopo il pagamento, il silenzio totale per due settimane. Da migliorare
1 month to receive my order (3/05/20 and received on 3/06/20). I put this down to covid-19 and the post office didn't help either (more than 15 days). The site is well done and the prices are very correct.the parcel arrived in the wrong place but everything was there.if I have to order again, I might do it but much later when everything is back to normal.
It took the first request for an opinion and the reply to make the order effective...

The situation is very difficult for the carriers with Covid 19 (lack of staff in the sorting centers, lack of letter carriers for distribution). We are doing everything possible with our partners to facilitate the distribution of our parcels and I remain convinced that you will receive your parcel within the next 7 days, which will be 15 days as you say in your review.
