I'm not happy because when I ordered my 2 items were in stock and then one was missing. So I waited 2 months. I sent an email to know the status of my order. Still at the same point! I refused the missing item, so I received one item out of 2. Customer service quickly understood my problem and gave me a solution. I don't know if I will recommend this site.

Battery delivered very quickly BUT...it won't fit. Hedge trimmer motor burned out. I have filled in the return form on the website and have not heard from you. I do not receive the document for the return as you indicate in your conditions. I have filled in 2x with my purchase number. What has happened? Time is running out and I want to stay on schedule. I am extremely happy with the quality of the material supplied. However, the after-sales service is unacceptable. At the time of my purchase, many tools were out of stock, but this did not appear anywhere on the site... So when I ordered, three days later there was no return on my order. I sent an e-mail for more information. That's when I found out about the lack of certain tools. I asked if the rest would arrive soon, and was told that they were waiting until they had the whole order before sending it. Without much precision as to a date. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have ordered all the tools, given to me by my family for my birthday, and I would have taken the rest elsewhere. But there it was, impossible to change the order... After several threats to ask for a refund, with my right of withdrawal. It took me 10 days after the purchase to get good news and finally my parcel 2 days later. We need to review the communication of the site and the service.

I can see that you haven't looked at all our availabilities, otherwise you wouldn't be so unhappy.
