Hello, Thank you for your comment. However, it is normally possible to have your order delivered to your home. I don't know what could have happened? Concerning the shipping costs, they are 6,90€ at home and 4,90€ in relay-package and they are offered from 80€ of purchase. We wish you a good continuation! Anne-Sophie
