However, we were a little surprised by your comment concerning the difficulty of returning your LILI box, because as stated in the GTC, after your request for a return, our speech therapist contacted you to suggest that you check the setting of the LILI lamp (this step is an integral part of the return process). After your refusal, we immediately sent you the return form, which you returned to us with the LILI box. One week after receipt of your parcel and quality control, your order was refunded in full. We're very sorry if you found the return journey difficult.
