One month delay in delivery for a pair of shoes at almost 400€. Delays are things that happen and understandable. However, to reach the customer service and have an explanation, you have to be patient. After several calls and many emails WITHOUT ANSWER a consultant, offers me 25€ of purchase on a next order. But one thing is for sure, having made dozens of calls without any answer, an adviser who hangs up on me, and without any news of a pair of shoes at 400€ one month after the order, I don't intend to recommend them! This coupon is useless, especially since a consultant told me that if I didn't receive the pair by date X a refund was possible, and well, the moral of the story is that I never got a refund! Fortunately for me I had ordered these shoes in size 44 and they kindly put me a gift in the box, a pair of socks in size 36! Go find the logic ... I highly recommend competing and better known sites (where customer service will find you a real solution) because if you have a problem with them do not expect a real commercial gesture from them.

Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review because I received my pair after one month. Especially since while waiting for my pair I tried many times to contact the customer service who was always busy, I could never talk to a consultant, NEVER. I sent 4 emails during the whole process, and I always received the same answer "your pair is on its way to our premises". Yet I had already ordered a pair of dunks on the website and everything went well. I still want to mention the customer gesture, having offered me a pair of Nike socks to apologize for the delay.
