Problem with the delivery. I had requested to be delivered to a 'relay point', but you had an issue with this type of delivery, so I was delivered to my home while I am on vacation 800 km away. I tried to reach you on Friday, July 5 in the afternoon... impossible to reach you, I left a message... for nothing. Conclusion, it was my neighbor who picked up the package, and thus enjoyed the cake.... I am not happy.

However, the delivery was not great, but it's not your fault; it's more due to your provider DPD. For example, the last delivery was scheduled for June 22, but they did not come to deliver, and I had to reschedule three times.
