When placing my order I was very careful to check that the import duties were included so I wouldn’t have any bad surprises. It clearly stated that they were included which made sense since the shipping costs doubled since before summer. I paid over 33% of shipping costs when before they were much lower. Nonetheless a few days after the order was shipped I received a notification from dhl letting me know that I had to pay over 30% in import duties for my package to be released. I automatically reached out to the pharmacy and they said that yes since August 29th the customer had to pay import duties (which was NOT stipulated on the order form) and that if I didn’t my package would be considered lost and I would not be refunded or anything. Plus they didn’t take on any responsibility, actually they couldn’t have cared less! I ended up paying the fees and still my package was not released automatically! I had to reach out again to dhl who informed me I had to reach out again to the pharmacy….. so after all this back and forth and many days I finally received my very expensive package.

I did receive my products very quickly, BUT, I was never told about the additional $25.00 I had to pay DHL for duty, before they would deliver the product! I will not be buying again from this company!! Beware!!

La facture n'indique aucunement des taxes ou tarifs, et pendant toute la procedure de passer commande il n'y a aucune indication de taxes ou tarifs a payer, or DHL voulait que je pair des tarifs d'importations de $20, ce que je refusais. On m'a informee que mon colis sera reexpedie a votre pharmacie.

This was a terrible shopping experience because the most important and most vitally needed product that I ordered, 4 items of Actisoufre Nasal Spray, which was clearly shown as available, was not delivered without any explanation. Instead, I ended up paying 36,78€ for two packages of Honey Sore Throat Lozenge which each cost 4,50€ + 27,78€ for shipping. I would never have ordered this secondary product if I was told at the time of placing my order that the Actisoufre Nasal Spray was not available, although every pharmacy which I visited in Avignon had shelves filled with this item. Mon coin santé did not even answer my email requesting an explanation. This is your classic "bait & switch" from a very unreliable seller whom I recommend that you boycott and avoid this pharmacy for poor communications, being so unreliable, and for acting in bad faith.

I did not receive my purchase

Item not delivered since weeks and so far no refund

Due to mislabeling, the package was not delivered / lost, and I cannot get a refund until they receive it back, which may never happen. Customer service replies after at least 3 messages, and the answers are parroting and not helpful at all.

I did not receive my order. It was being delivered by Chronopost. These meds are essential for my skin cancer prevention. I'm very disappointed and now have to get a new supplier and have run out of my Nicobion 500.

When I order stuff to Germany, shipping is not free.

I received 2 packages of. Doxylamine of which one is only to be used until may 2025. That is a bit short period. I only use it about once a week.
