Immediate and careful shipping. Very clean equipment (a desktop PC) inside and out. The installed system (Windows 7) is perfectly clean. Two drawbacks: the installed hard disk has already had many hours of use (verified by software), which is not serious considering the price of the set. I would have liked to install a new hard disk. Unfortunately, the Windows DVD corresponding to the license affixed to the case is not included in the shipment. So impossible to reformat. However an excellent value for money especially when you know the reliability of Dell equipment.
