I received the goods shortly after placing the order. All the stuff were well-packed and in excellent condition. I have not used them yet. I had used the Mulebar gel (Apple) in the past on long distance runs (50k multiple times and 70k once) and found it to be stomach friendly and it kept my energy level. I like its taste - sweet but with a tad of savoury thus did not feel bland after long hours. However, the bottle was not quite sturdy. On one occasion, I dropped it accidentally and the rim of the bottle neck cracked. On another, I bumped it on a rock accidentally and its cap broke. On both occasions, the gel content leaked and my hands and my backpack became sticky and messy. Looking forward to trying the other tastes, e.g. lemon, salted caramel and coffee.

I love their products since many years, I am faithful to my salted butter caramel, and recently to the pineapple coconut cereal bars. Probably some of the best energy and recovery bars out there. They stay good and easy to chew and digest whatever the temperature. The only caveat as with many other bars is the opening on a bike: there should be a precut vertical rip guide.
