When you place an order with shipping to the Canary Islands it is specified that the shipment may have customs costs in addition to the payment of the Canary Islands tax. With this you receive a notice from Customs to send the documentation they request and that when you send it the shipment is unlocked so you can receive it.

We understand that it is somewhat tedious but this does not depend neither on the carrier nor on us.
