Dear Madam, as the order tracking shows: https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois?code=6H12670257370 your parcel left on the same day as your order (that's service!), and was sent to the post office as you had set it up. It arrived the very next day (not bad for a shipment supposed to take 48h-72h!). But it turns out that you didn't pick it up until 17 days later. You were lucky that it wasn't returned to us after 10 days. We remain at your service and wish you a happy new year!
