Also, concerning the 3 other "expired" products, they were DESTOCKING products with a DLUO (Date Limite d'Utilisation Optimale, not to be confused with DLC: Date Limite de Consommation) close to or slightly exceeded.
We took the initiative of creating this "Destockage" department so as not to waste products that are still quite delicious.
