A bit disappointed with the notebooks that replace the Tomoe river (Tomoegawa) and with nostalgia for the first package received that was especially carefully wrapped, it contributed to the pleasure of the unboxing. But these notebooks remain of exceptional quality and the stationery service is fast and absolutely perfect.

The ordered products were perfect and of very good quality. There was a delay in delivery and I find it unfortunate not to inform the customer of this delay. I was worried and had to send an email to get information. And even on my account, there was no explanation. I had chosen a pickup site and the Colissimo delivery person decided to drop it off elsewhere for no reason. The Makkura stationery is not to blame, but maybe you can escalate the issue.
