My first order got lost. The tracker said delivered but I never received it so ask for the any form of record that it was delivered to right address but did not get anything. So I asked for full refund but they sent the order again which has been more than a week but has not arrived yet. Their customer service was not helpful at all, in fact they were very defensive. I have now switched to another supplier and I will never be buying from this place again.

The labels are very good. I use them for mom's clothes unfortunately in RSA. If they were a little thicker/robust maybe they would stand up better to industrial washing. Or think about a second "harder" line thanks

On the web it said that the order would arrive in 24/48 hours. I received it yesterday February 14, when I ordered it on January 19. They were labels for my grandmother, who, in this month of delay, has passed away.
