Delicious cheeses! I gave some to Brigitte Bardot to taste (the Petit Frais shallot/ciboulette and the Petit Festif, because they're vacuum-packed and travel better...). The 1st Petit Azur I tasted was not blue around the edges. Perhaps a mix-up? Or does the blue texture take time to develop? Well, the 2nd one was definitely Bleu Azur! THANK YOU for existing!!!
