Relatively good choice in the clothing category but could be improved on the shoes side. Still in the clothing department the input interface is a bit confusing when it comes to combining size/color and availability for a given item. choice of pure Nautical Equipment not very wide. very good customer relationship

Very disappointed by your service. I ordered a lure indicated as in stock after ordering I was told that it was not. Following this email, I returned to your site and I see that it is still indicated as available. No compensation from you. I ordered on January 13th and it is now February 2nd and the lure is still indicated as available even though I reported this problem on January 20th. I will no longer order from you and will make you a nice ad on the forums.
