On the site, cap marked in One Size, we have no choice of size. The cap delivered is a S /M. On the manufacturer's website, we have the choice between S /M and L /XL. I needed a L, the cup is too small. It would have been preferable that on the site they indicate S /M rather than One Size which is not the case.

The customer relationship is perfect: perfect telephone accessibility, reactivity in the answers brought to the questions BUT on my 3 experiences (of which one in period COVID that I neutralize for my appreciation), nevertheless 2 problems: * orders of mooring lines for which I had specified in observation the desired dimensions for each and in the end delivery of a single mooring line corresponding to the total length ordered so need to recut + seamanship * order of 2 inflatable fenders: I expected a delivery of the product inflated which was not the case. It's been more than a week since the delivery and I still haven't found the right size inflator despite my research (***, etc).

I ordered in May after the end of the containment and delivery in mid-August after many calls to come to the news of the follow-up of my order. Of course we can understand that the delays are more important this year, but to have to wait 3 months and not have any customer follow up is not very correct.
