Hello, a purchase made on the site Picksea the 20 /august /2019 for a waterproof bag for a total value of ***,. I received quite quickly the 23 /aoÅ"t and as soon as I receive the package I realize that it does not suit me, I return it within the hour with the return form as indicated in the package and shipping costs of *** at my expense in collissimo .SO, I paid twice for transport for an unfortunate thing to ***, total cost *** . The next time I buy from a small merchant near me. Since then I have no news from this site or anyone else, nor refund, my consumer association will be notified when I return from vacation. It is certain that on *** the problem would already be settled. It is all the same regrettable that the example comes from America.
