It states tax included on your bill, then you find your self with £197 to pay duties, they refused to pay, I asked to show me where it states on their website , their response was I should know it because everybody knows! I do know, but if it states TAx included That means tax included. So now I have a jacket that is too big and cannot even exchange it, costed me £1089!!! Don’t buy!

Secondly, your parcel was indeed dispatched on Tuesday May 16 as planned, however the carrier was indeed late and as Ascension Thursday was a public holiday, it was only delivered to you on Friday May 19, which actually makes three days late (or even two as public holidays are considered non-working days). What's more, if you had tried to contact us by e-mail over the long weekend, you would have known that customer service was closed for four days and that all requests would be answered on Monday. We understand your dissatisfaction and we will refund your shipping costs on a commercial basis, however, in my opinion it is unjustified to give such an opinion about our company and our customer service, which is always keen to help you whenever possible. If you are in the UK do not buy on this website as you will have to pay extra taxes. Customer support has been useless (they were supposed to cancel the order and claim it back). Instead they let the delivery happen and I finally paid the extra taxes (£45 in addition to the price of the item at £189). I am now fighting to get the tax paid by Precision Ski as it was not clearly indicated that I would have to pay extra taxes.

Hello Maurizio, When we shipped the snowboard it was plastic and came directly from our supplier, however when we received it back it had not only a stain, but also two big rips and big scratches on the bindings (as if they had been mounted incorrectly and then removed) and marks all over the base. We were subsequently unable to sell it to our customers. If we really did not want to refund you, we would not have offered to take the board back, we would have simply noted our return conditions (which were not met) and would not have returned your money or the board. Also, we deal with dozens of returns every day and yet we have no negative comments about them, we have always refunded our customers because they all respect our return conditions and return new and saleable products, this was not the case with your order. I placed an order on February 21st and after sending over 20 emails and calling the store and shipping company several times, I still haven't received my product. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days, and I even paid more to have it delivered faster, but no one is taking care of it and I only get "generic answers" like "you will receive it shortly".
