After our research and request to locate the driver, it turns out that he did indeed arrive at your home on Tuesday, the GPS tracking indicates a stop at your address. Were you absent for a moment, perhaps? Chronopost has no interest in redirecting the parcel to a relay, as this includes penalties for them. It's a shame to give such a low mark for our services and the site, knowing that your problem concerns the carrier, not the product or the experience on the site as your order shipped and processed the same day.
