Regarding the response from customer service, with the summer vacations, the team is understaffed and it may be that the response time is indeed extended, however you did get a reply on Monday, telling you to return the item free of charge so that we can proceed with the refund. It seems to me, however, that a reply on Monday to an e-mail sent late on Thursday is still a very decent response time. We have not tried to deceive you, there was simply a visual error on our website which will be rectified once we have received your article.
