The site is reactive: for my order there was no block to add to my basket but after a message the administrator did what was necessary.On the other hand, I'm very disappointed with the DPD carrier. The box for the parcel arrived smashed and not at the right delivery address, with the 1st reason written on the box:"parcel refused without any reason given (CREF), even though I'd received an e-mail from DPD informing me that for technical reasons the parcel was being delivered to another address, which wasn't at all convenient as it was further from my home.I examined my travel bag before signing for receipt, apparently the bag did not suffer, to see with use..... I'm sending an e-mail to DPD to express my dissatisfaction.
