In fact, he refused to accept the return on the grounds that you had bought a few days before the sales and that you wished to return the product at our expense, to be reimbursed, and then reorder the same product. We understand your frustration, but the sales were announced well in advance on our site 48 hours before the launch. It's like in a store, you buy the day before, you can't afford to do that too.
