After 10 days of going round in circles, my order disappeared from the postal tracking system. Apparently, they can't ship outside France, so they simply cancelled my order and refunded my money, 15 days before Christmas! My bank had blocked the initial transaction for security reasons, so I should have known better.

In fact, he refused to accept the return on the grounds that you had bought a few days before the sales and that you wished to return the product at our expense, to be reimbursed, and then reorder the same product. We understand your frustration, but the sales were announced well in advance on our site 48 hours before the launch. It's like in a store, you buy the day before, you can't afford to do that too. There are people behind the screens and it's a bit difficult for us to accept these kinds of requests. A return is valid for an exchange of another product, or for a refund, not to buy the product again at a lower price.
