Its effectiveness has been proven and validated by several hospitals and veterinary clinics with which we work (subject to compliance with the recommended daily doses indicated on our technical data sheet).

As you may have read before placing your order, as soon as the weight of the order exceeds 20kg, shipments are made by straight truck up to 19T.
If the delivery address is not (or not easily) accessible, we always do our best to accommodate you.
In the case of this delivery, we had given the carrier as much information as possible, and had asked that you be contacted before delivery. But it's difficult for us to have total control over transport companies, despite our regular monitoring.
In any case, we've already contacted the carrier and will be checking again to make sure you get the best possible delivery for your next order, rest assured.
