Please note that orders weighing 20kg or less can be sent by "smaller" lorry or to a collection point, in which case you will be offered another delivery method. On the other hand, orders weighing more than 20kg are shipped by straight truck (up to 19T).

I took off one star for having paid for an express delivery which was not. The parcel was delivered to the carrier on time, but the carrier did not provide any insurance at all... The milk is suitable for the little orphan.
