A muddle in the order with little information without me asking. Contacted, customer service ended up confirming the delay, giving me a new approximate time frame but also offered to refund me the costs incurred (order plus delivery) if I wanted to cancel my order. The screwdriver pac I bought is of poor quality. The spare part on the other hand seems to be in order.

A first order was for a set of tools to open an iPhone 6S and the smallest torx was too big... the second order was for screws for iPhone 6S and the delay was exceeded by more than a month...
