Hello, I received my ordered product on time. It turns out that after the change of product my device suffered another problem due to the I/O of the new component. After an exchange on the SOSAV platform, the team sent me a new piece of equipment as compensation for the initial one. The exchange will be carried out shortly. The defective product, received on delivery, was re-sent by letter post and taken care of by SOSAV. Apart from the problem of the new but faulty component for my repair operation, I have always had confidence in SOSAV's services. There's a great deal of rigor and commercial attentiveness. The company shows a level of professionalism that you don't find everywhere, and that's a shame. I always advise my friends and family to go to SOSAV to buy what they need. Bonne continuation...
