1 month after ordering and my payment no product received (I ordered 2) nor any information. Following my request I was offered to send 1 of 2 products as the other was not available and I had to receive a voucher to re-purchase the missing product and to cover shipping costs. In the end I received both products in the same package except that one (not the one that was identified as not available) was OCCASION (it had 3 screws " stuck" to the speaker and traces of use - dirt) and not new. Following my second intervention (fortunately I took the pictures before unpacking the product) I received (I hope) the new product. Since then I have found another site that is less expensive and I hope more professional so I will go to the competition for my next purchase.

I ordered a nexus 2nd generation screen + accessories, what was my surprise when I opened the package, I had everything but the most important screen! I called the service and was told that it was out of stock, but on the site it was available. I just regret that the site did not maj the availability of the product that would have avoided me to order because now I am obliged to wait for the restocking of the product within 15 days ... I can't put more than 3 stars because I ordered my battery at the beginning of September and it was clearly stated that my order was out of stock for about 10 days! But I only received it on 18/10/2017 it really took too long. I am sure that SOSAV is not completely responsible but still they are the ones who choose their suppliers! I'm very pleased with the quality of the battery and its packaging.
