The front glass of my iphone had a defect in the pins that screw to the frame of the phone, they were twisted. big difference compared to the one I ordered some time ago. The back glass didn't fit properly, and the little plastic piece that fits the camera was not in the right direction, and hard to see with the naked eye... I also suggest you make video tutorials rather than photo, I found a competitor's support to be able to carry out the disassembly-reassembly.
